One family. One kitchen.
Started in Frankfurt in 2012, back home in Darmstadt since 2018 — today Mi Peru is the spot where you can taste Peru and Spain directly.

From Lima and Valladolid to Darmstadt — via the family dinner table.
Maribel grew up in Lima, between the market stalls of Surquillo and her mother’s kitchen. When she came to Germany, she missed more than ceviche and lomo saltado — she missed the loud, warm gathering of a Peruvian table. Here she met her husband, who brought the Spanish cuisine of Valladolid with him. Two homelands became one idea: Mi Peru — a restaurant that feels like sitting down at our home.
“We eat loudly, laugh loudly, and the Pisco Sour comes regardless.” — Maribel, owner
Started in Frankfurt in 2012, back home in Darmstadt since 2018: today we cook with special imports from Peru and Spain — ají amarillo, ají panca, cancha, choclo and real pisco, plus Spanish jamón and olive oil. The recipe stays: honest, spicy, made with love.
